As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to design secure AI architectures, solve complex deployment challenges, and help define how enterprise AI is adopted at scale.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to help enterprises securely deploy autonomous AI in production.

This is not a traditional pre-sales engineering role. You'll work directly with CISOs, platform engineering teams, and AI leaders to understand how autonomous agents operate within their environments, architect secure deployments, and guide customers from initial design through production implementation.

Working alongside our engineering and product teams, you'll help shape both customer success and the future direction of the Lineation platform.

What You'll Build

Secure AI Architectures

Partner with enterprise customers to design secure, scalable deployments for autonomous AI, integrating Lineation's governance platform into complex production environments.

Reference Architectures

Develop implementation patterns, technical guidance, and best practices that become the foundation for enterprise AI governance across industries.

Customer Engineering

Build integrations, APIs, and deployment solutions that accelerate customer adoption while solving complex technical challenges alongside engineering teams.

Product Intelligence

Serve as the technical bridge between customers and product engineering, translating real-world deployment challenges into product improvements and roadmap priorities.

Trusted AI Platforms

Help organizations deploy AI agents with confidence by enabling identity, governance, policy enforcement, and runtime visibility across enterprise environments.

What You Bring

We're more interested in exceptional engineers than perfect resumes.

You'll likely bring many of the following:

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
• Strong software engineering experience building production systems with Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, identity, cloud infrastructure, networking, and modern software architecture.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, LLM applications, agent frameworks, or enterprise AI deployments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts equally well with engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Passion for solving difficult technical problems and helping customers adopt emerging technologies.
